It is 29 November, a cold and cloudy day in British Columbia. The last thing on most peoples mind is cycling, but if you want to drive coast to coast, 7200 km, you have to be the training. Why would anyone put themselves through such a grueling bike ride? Fame? Fortune? Olympic gold? It's about doing something for others.
